RE: 2025-2026 Calendar of Events & Sanction Requests

Please find below a draft sanction calendar of events for 2025-2026.

Please note that the calendar of events is a working document, and subject to change if there are revisions to western and national event dates.

We will be accepting sanction requests for the attached events and for club invitational competitions and activities as of June 13th, 2025. If you are interested in hosting an event, please fill out the online form HERE. Invitational events will be awarded based on suitability of dates, locations and competitive levels as they fit into the provincial, western and national event calendars.

Please be reminded that our insurance company requires that ANY event being held in your club that involves more than your own registered club members must be sanctioned by Gym Sask.

Another reminder that if you are traveling out of province with your club you MUST complete an Out of Province Travel Sanction request. These requests must be approved before traveling out of province for ay event.
