Traveling Outside of BC for Competitions or Training

This is a reminder that if your club’s athletes are participating in competitions or training outside of BC, it is essential to notify GymBC.

As of April 1 2026, GymBC and all other PSO's will no longer be able to offer Foundations Theory courses as all coaches in all sports will be required to take the Making Ethical Decisions module via the new self guided course in the locker.

The Flash mob is a one minute, high energy, and easy to follow dance. With different variations and modifications, this dance is accessible to all abilities.
