Message from the Future of Sport in Canada Commission The Future of Sport in Canada Commission has shared a message from Commissioner Lise Maisonneuve as the Commission enters the final stage of its work. With input from thousands of voices across the Canadian sport system, the Commission is now finalizing its Final Report, which will be published in late March 2026 and will outline key findings and recommendations to support a safer, more inclusive, and accountable sport system.

2026 BC Gymnaestrada Reminders The first registration deadline for the 2026 BC Gymnaestrada is coming up on February 13, 2026. If your club is considering participating, now is the time to register! Please note that the host hotel room block deadline is April 2, 2026. We strongly recommend booking early, as rooms are expected to sell out quickly. Updates have been made to Workplan #1 and the event page, including information on the Welcome Social, t-shirt pre-orders, flash mob choreography, and more!

2026 Artistic & Trampoline GymBC Championships GymBC has received the booking link for the Sheraton Host Hotel for the 2026 Artistic and Trampoline GymBC Championships. GymBC Interclub Training Camp The GymBC Interclub Training Camp is a new initiative designed to support and elevate Interclub programs across the province. The first camp will be hosted on March 22, 2026 at Twisters Gymnastics Club! There is a morning camp from 9-12:15 p.m. and an afternoon camp from 12:45-4 p.m. PST. This camp is open to Interclub Performance & Performance Plus athletes (ages 6+), and Foundations-trained and above Interclub coaches! Team BC LEAD Dominates at Gymnastics Rocks the Rockies A massive congratulations to Team BC LEAD on an outstanding performance at Gymnastics Rocks the Rockies! All 3 L10 all-around champions were on the team, LEAD athletes won a combined total of 23 medals out of the 45 up for grabs and the AA podium in one age category was a LEAD sweep!
