As we kick off the 2024-25 season, GymBC remains dedicated to fostering a sport environment that is accessible, inclusive, and free from all forms of maltreatment. REMINDER: 2024-25 GymBC Member Club Renewals Due THIS SATURDAY, AUGUST 31, 2024

Reminder that any Member Club Renewal Forms and/or payments received after August 31, 2024 will be subject to a $50 late fee. Renewals will NOT be accepted after September 30, 2024. 

You can find the 2024-25 Member Club Renewal form on this page of the GymBC website, or the direct link to the form is available here. The club membership fee for the upcoming new membership year is $600.

Please complete the renewal form for your club at your earliest convenience. Questions can be sent to membership@gymbc.org.

Vacation Notice: As an FYI, Member Services Manager and Finance, Catherine Dubinsky, is away on vacation and will return to the office September 23, 2024. 2024 Coaches Week + Pro-D Day

Get ready for 2024 Coaches Week September 16-22, and the GymBC Coach Pro-D Day on September 20! 

This weeks coaches week feature: Fitter For Life Webinar! Taking place on Tuesday, September 17, this session will be a presentation of the new Fitter for Life Coach Education video. During this session the video will be played in full, and there will be an opportunity for feedback at the end.

Doug Odin Celebration of Life 

The family of GymBC member, Doug Odin, is holding a Celebration of Life on September 7, 2024, at the Maple Ridge Alliance Church, in Maple Ridge, BC. Doug was a coach, friend, and mentor in our community, and was the recipient of our Member of Distinction Award in 2004.

Call For Donations - Gymnastics BC Awards and Scholarship Celebration Silent Auction

Every year at the Awards and Scholarships Celebration, GymBC awards scholarships, each worth up to $1000, to our incredibly talented student-athletes. To make this happen, we’re hosting a Silent Auction featuring an array of incredible items donated by businesses and organizations across our province. Every dollar raised goes directly into these scholarships!

MAG Retreat & Assembly - Thank You!

The GymBC MAG Community spent last weekend in Whistler for the 2024 MAG Retreat and Assembly.

WAG Skills, Truth & Reconciliation Camp

The WAG Skills, Truth & Reconciliation Camp is taking place on September 30, 2024. This camp will run as 6 rotations of 8 athletes (VT, UB, BB, FX, Tramp, Dance) with a clinician for each rotation. Registration also includes a Truth & Reconciliation workshop and a t-shirt.

Please note that the birthyear restriction has been removed.
