Why we evaluate the coaches every season

• To make sure the kids are having fun in every location
• To help the coordinators make the schedule
• To help the coaches improve every season

Vacation

Making the schedule is the hardest part of the program, because we have to schedule 2 trained coaches with equipment to several locations across all of Ottawa at the same time, on the same day.  Since we want to offer the kids, the parents and the coaches as much stability as possible, we ask for 4 weeks in advance notice.   This should avoid for the coordinator to ask everyone on a Friday ro Saturday evening for people to come in to work that are not scheduled for the next day.
