Sportball says
3 sets, encourage in between
Run and Freeze
3 sets, with a motor skill at every freeze
Jumps
5 big jumps for the 2 to 3 years old
10 jumps for the 4 to 6 years old
Train
Light jogging for 60 seconds
Encourage the kids when they bring the hat back
Race
For the 2 to 3 years old, they race to Mom and dad
For the 4 to 6 years old, they race against the coach
