GymBC's 2026–2030 Strategic Plan Gymnastics BC is developing its next Strategic Plan (2026–2030), and we want to hear from you! Your feedback will help identify priorities, challenges, and opportunities that will guide the future direction of gymnastics in BC. This survey is open to all members, including club leaders, coaches, judges, and administrators. Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships Congratulations to our BC athletes who represented Canada at the 2025 Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships in Pamplona, Spain! Congratulations to Team Canada Women’s DMT, who finished 4th overall; with BC’s Kayla Howell, Sienna Kuznak, and Gabby Flynn contributing to the team’s outstanding performance! A special congratulations to Kayla Howell who achieved 7th place overall in DMT! Up next is the Junior Trampoline World Championships. GymBC sends our best wishes to Brooklyn Lee-McMeeken (CA) and Hayden Good (CA) as they represent Canada on the world stage!

Team BC Eligible Camp Recap This past weekend, we welcomed 86 WAG athletes in Comox for the Team BC Eligible Camp! Thank you to Chimo Gymnastics for hosting! We’re grateful to clinicians Chris Hanley, Carol-Angela Orchard, Crystal Gilhooly, and Chris Sheremeta for sharing their expertise, and to all clubs and coaches for contributing to such a fun, collaborative weekend. Best of luck to everyone as the competitive year kicks off!

GymCan Active Start and Fundamentals GymCan has revised the Active Start & Fundamentals Program to better support coaches and clubs in delivering high-quality, foundational gymnastics. This updated program introduces children ages 0-9 to the seven Fundamental Movement Patterns (FMPs) and allows coaches to adapt delivery, facility setup, and equipment to suit participants’ needs.
