Important: We no longer accept e-transfers as a form of payment; unfortunately, managing this form of payment required considerable admin time, which is challenging as a small business.

Description:
This gymnastics for parkour class will be an introduction to the scope of movement that is parkour.
Participants will learn the core movements of parkour; hand eye coordination, balance, discipline and adaptation in a safe and structured environment.
The strength in parkour comes from having trust in yourself. This class aims to provide that foundation.
Age: 6- 8 years

Description:
This gymnastics for parkour class is for youth inspired by the parkour arts. At this age range, students should have an established foundation of movement. and the focus is now on connecting movements. This is the "flow" aspect in Parkour.
We will build strength and knowledge about how to move, and practice how the moves can connect together to form a "line".

These gymnastics for parkour classes focus on the feeling of movement. At this stage, some strength and knowledge has been established, and we now create greater challenges.
Fun games and repetitious parkour sets will encourage fatigue and/or spontaneity, both of which will deepen the learning of the movement . This class will hone in on participants' strengths and support the journey in this discipline.
