Join our Active Start program and watch your child's development soar through the magic of play! We incorporate music, imagination, and circuits to ensure that children stay active and fully engaged during each class.
Our lessons focus on developing fundamental movement patterns that serve as the stepping stones for for all sports and activities. Other physical benefits include agility, balance, coordination, spatial orientation, strength, power, mobility, flexibility, postural control as well as improved cardiovascular health.
Our Active Start program also helps to teach children other important life skills such as sharing, taking turns, discipline, self-confidence and courage.

Notes: Because there is a wider range of ages in this class, grown-ups are reminded to remain arms reach of any children 3 and under at all times. Older participants must remain close and be mature enough to understand the importance of watching out for our littler friends!
Description: This is a child-led, open play class to move and connect with your little ones in a safe place. Grown-ups are encouraged to follow the lead of their children and engage in activities and apparatus that they are interested in.
Safety considerations, skills and progressions will be covered by coaches on the various equipment. Invitations to join in a structured activity (ie. circle time, demonstration of circuits) may be included some weeks.

Description:
This semi-structured class is for little ones that are working towards developing gross and fine motor skills in the encouraging presence of a grown-up. By learning through play, participants will be excited to come to the gym every week!

Notes: This is our transition class is for children who are ready - or almost ready! - to participate independently.
Your coach will work with you to determine if/when your child is ready to attend on their own; if your 3-year old has participated independently in the session prior, please speak to your coach at the start of the session.

This is an invite-only class for 4 year olds who have good listening skills, focus, and a passion for gymnastics. They're ready to learn a trick or two!
These tiny tumblers may show potential for a future team program (Interclub or Competitive Gymnastics), but the class itself does not directly feed into these programming streams. There is an increase in focus on activities that target strength and flexibility development to aid in future skill development.

Overview:
This invite-only class is designed exclusively for 5- and 6-year-olds who demonstrate exceptional listening skills, strong focus, and a genuine passion for gymnastics. Our Mighty Mites are the energetic adventurers of the gym world—you'll typically find them hanging upside down from bars, swinging across the playground like mini acrobats, or jumping into new challenges with boundless enthusiasm.
Program Focus:
While these young athletes may show potential for future team programs (Interclub or Competitive Gymnastics), this class is not a direct pathway. It focuses on building strength and flexibility through fun, targeted activities to support long-term skill development.
