ACTIVE START (0-5 years)

Join our Active Start program and watch your child's development soar through the magic of play! We incorporate music, imagination, and circuits to ensure that children stay active and fully engaged during each class.

Our lessons focus on developing fundamental movement patterns that serve as the stepping stones for for all sports and activities. Other physical benefits include agility, balance, coordination, spatial orientation, strength, power, mobility, flexibility, postural control as well as improved cardiovascular health.

Our Active Start program also helps to teach children other important life skills such as sharing, taking turns, discipline, self-confidence and courage.
