Payment can be made via e-transfer to accounting@camberarts.ca for the total balance owing, simply note in the EMT that it is for studio lessons and for what student.

Credit card payments can be made directly through the QuickBooks invoice (outlined below).

If wishing to pay via cash or cheque, please reach out to accounting@camberarts.ca for a time to drop off your payment.

When you receive your invoice it will go to the email used to register your student for lessons. In the body of the email you will see your invoice, to specify what you see we will break it down into two sections. The top (below) shows the total owed for this invoicing period, as well as a button that you can click to pay via credit card, (More details on paying via credit card below)

The second half of the invoice in the body of the email shows the breakdown of lessons and sessions for this invoice period. In this example we see that Mickey's child Jane Doe had one lesson with Alison, ($25) and one with Marcelle, ($75) totalling $100 for the invoicing period. Here again is the same button to give the option to pay via credit card.

Selecting the Pay Now button will bring you to the below screen. Here you can input your card information and pay for the invoice. There is the option to save your card information for faster future checkout.

It is important to note that saving your information will not autocharge your card when the next invoice comes out. Saving your information will simply remove the need to input it all next time.

There will also be a PDF copy of the invoice attached to the email. This can be downloaded and saved for your own records, and contains all the same information as was in the body of the email just in a slightly different layout.

Can I save my credit card and have studio invoices auto-charged?

No, making a credit card payment through Quickbooks does give you the option to save your card information but this is simply to speed up the checkout process each month, and allows you to not need to input all the information when you go to checkout. We are unable to auto-charge studio invoices especially as they may vary month to month and are generated manually.

What happens if I over pay on my studio invoice?

Because Quickbooks creates client profiles that can generate statements overpayment will be turned into a credit that will be applied to the next generated invoice.
