Story: Crocket the crocodile (hula hoop) is very hungry, and we will need help feeding him with the fruits (bean bag) friends by throwing the food in his mouth.
2-3YO: Children will get the bean bag and parents will get the hula hoop from the coaches; parents will space themselves out in the playing area with their child. Parents place the hula hoop on the ground and help child throw the food in the crocodile’s mouth.
4-6YO: Set up a medium cone (for children to line up behind with their popcorn ball), and a dome cone for the child whose turn it will be to do their throw followed by three medium cones lined up with three hoops on one side of the coach. The coach will hold the hula hoop for the child to throw the popcorn in. Once the child has their turn, they will get their ball and jump over the cones, in the hula hoops and behind their line. Make two groups, two set ups and one group per coach. (Refer to video for layout)

Story: We need to add toppings on our pizza (dome cone) at each base and call out the bases.
2-3YO: Children get a dome cone from the coaches as their pizza. Parents run with their child to guide them to each base and have them repeat the names of the bases when they run on them.
4-6YO: Place bases on the ground. Children get a dome cone as their pizza. Coaches run with the child to guide them to each base and have them repeat the names of the bases when they run on them. Then have them try to do it individually.

Story: A shooting star (ball) landed on Earth; we need to send it back into space. To do that we will be batting.
2-3YO: REMIND PARENTS OF SAFETY. ***Parents get the bat, children get the bouncy ball, dome cone and medium cone from the coaches. Parents place the batting and remind them to find an empty space where they cannot hit another child.
4-6YO: Place a medium cone where kids line up behind with a tennis ball or popcorn, the tee (away from the line) and the bases. When it is the child’s turn, have them move up to the tee, place their ball on the tee and take the bat. They will bat the ball, DROP THEIR BAT at the tee, run the bases and then get their ball to go back behind the line. Make two groups, two set ups and one group per coach.

Story: We want to feed Holly the hippo (our friend's hands) with our strawberry or any other fruit (bean bag). To do this we will throw and catch.
4-6YO: Place dome cones face to face for children to work in pairs. One coach will place the children with a partner and the other coach will guide the pairs to the cones and provide them with a bean bag. Remind children to gently throw. If it is too easy, have them back up.
