Structure of a Sportball class for age groups 2 to 3 and 4 to 6 years old
Warm up (15 minutes)
Introduction (every class)

When we hear the whistle ''we stop and listen''...
"Sportball line"
Sportball says
3 sets, encourage in between
Run and Freeze
3 sets, with a motor skill at every freeze
Jumps
5 big jumps for the 2 to 3 years old
10 jumps for the 4 to 6 years old
Train
Light jogging for 60 seconds
Encourage the kids when they bring the hats back
Race
For the 2 to 3 years old, they race to Mom and dad
For the 4 to 6 years old, they race against the coach
Popcorn
Last part of the warm up before the skills
Skills (10 to 15 minutes depending on the participation of the kids)
Two skills every class for the 2 to 3 years old
Three skills every class for the 4 to 6 years old
Jungle (10 to 15 minutes)
At the end of class for the 2 to 3 years old
After the second skill for the 4 to 6 years old
Use entire gym and all 16 hoops, cones, bean bags to make it as big as possible!!
Game (Any fun mini game, or silly soccer/soccer game for the soccer program)
If there is time at the end, you can add any game to make the class last until the very end!
