Warm up
Introduction
Sportball says
Shy kids

You now have the information necessary to do the two first parts of the warm up!  Tell the other coach that you want to give the introduction as well as the sportball says part of the class.  Great news, we planned out each day of the program for you, below is a link to the warm-up for every single day of the eight or nine day program. On your schedule, you can see which day the program is on.    The first three shifts are loaded with information, so do not hesitate if you have any questions. Good luck and have fun!

To make sure we hire the right people to work with young kids and to give the best feedback possible as to improve the new coaches, we evaluate the coaches for their first six shifts as to be sure that they can be the best coach possible at the end of the training.
