Microsite

Activity Messenger allows you to create a microsite, a mini website where you can host content, forms, and videos. Your microsite contains two portals: one for clients and another for staff. Each portal can have multiple pages that you can edit freely.

The Client portal can contain class schedules, registration forms, event ticket sales, etc. It also features a "My Account" page for clients to access their accounts.

The Staff portal is dedicated to staff and volunteers. It can be used for recruiting and onboarding new staff members, scheduling staff and volunteers, creating a training video area, and collecting timesheets.

You can switch between the two portals by clicking the dedicated link at the bottom of the sidebar.
