Media Library and Media Management

You can efficiently manage all your media, whether images, videos, or other types of visual content. Upload your own images to personalize your communications and web pages.

# Access to the media library

From your account's main page, click the More tab. You will then have access to your media.

Select the media of your choice.

# Media exploration

Once in the "Media" section, explore all the images in your account. This is where you can upload new media or create content from Canva.

Once uploaded, your media is available for use in your newsletters, forms, and many other elements.

You can add tags to your images to organize and filter them as needed.

Deleted images are actually archived. They are no longer available for sending. However, if a previous email or SMS message you sent contains this image, it will still be visible to the user.

You can upload your own videos to the platform or connect your YouTube account to access them. This setting can be found in the settings, under the "Social Networks and Integrations" section.

# Additional Integrations

Activity Messenger is integrated with Vimeo and Pexels, allowing you to access free videos and images directly from these platforms.
