Schedule sending a message

Activity Messenger allows you to schedule the sending of your message for a later date and time. Click the Schedule button to access this option. You will be able to choose the date and time for sending.

You can also schedule a recurrence by adding additional dates and times. Use the '+ 1 day' and '+ 1 week' buttons.

If you send this message to a list of recipients, you can update the list before each send. This allows you to include new people added to the list.

If you send this message to a list of participants or members from Amilia, Activity Messenger will automatically update the list 30 minutes before the send.

If you are using a template, a copy will be locked for the sends. Therefore, you can modify the template for another send without affecting the scheduled sends. The message will not be changed.

# Tracking scheduled messages 

On the Messages page, we indicate the scheduled send date. A scheduled message is identified by a clock icon.

Click on the message to view the details. You can see a preview of the messages, cancel the send, or send the message now.

# Cancel 

You can cancel the sending of the message at any time by clicking the button for that purpose. The message will be deleted.
