Activity Messenger tracks the delivery of your messages. On the Messages page, a Status column indicates the status of each send. A new message will have the status 'New.' A sent message will have the status 'Sent.' A received message will have the status 'Received.' Scheduled messages will also be displayed on this page.
Sending several thousand messages can take a few minutes. No problem. Activity Messenger works in the background. Click on the send to see the progress status. The Status column will be refreshed, and a screen with the details of the send will be displayed.
The screen displays the details of the send. Emails and SMS are presented in two different tabs. The number of messages sent will change as Activity Messenger sends the messages.
You can also resend the email to new recipients or to those who have not opened the email.
Activity Messenger tracks the open rates and click rates of your emails.
Activity Messenger allows you to manage the responses received via SMS. They will be classified as Incoming and displayed in green. If the recipient has responded with 'stop,' their mobile phone number will be automatically added to the unsubscribe list, displayed in orange. You can manually add or remove a recipient from the unsubscribe list from this screen.
The SMS messages you have forwarded to your mobile phone or your organization’s phone will also be displayed.
