Conditional branching allows you to tailor the user journey in a form based on their choices. This enables you to offer different options and customize the responses displayed according to the selections made.
Label: Define the question (e.g., "Week Choice").
Required: Indicate whether the question is mandatory.
Layout: Choose if the question should appear on the same line.
Response Type: Select "Checkboxes" if the user can choose multiple options, or choose "Radio Buttons" if only one option should be selected.
Display Options: Determine the choices presented to the user (e.g., "Week 1," "Week 3").
For each selected option, configure which other questions or fields will be displayed next. For example, if the user selects "Week 1," you can show options like "I have read and agree" or an electronic signature field.
Once the options are defined, click on Save.
An eye icon will appear next to the questions subject to conditional branching, indicating that they will only be visible if the user makes the appropriate choice.
After creating your conditional branching, be sure to test it to ensure that the options display correctly. This will help confirm that the user experience is smooth and that the form behaves as intended.
