Memberships in Amilia

You can now import members from Amilia Mememberships. With powerful filters you can:

• Import members from multiple memberships in one list
• Filter by expiration date
• Find members who haven’t renewed

You can now easily send renewal notices by email or SMS to your members. You can even target members who haven’t renewed.

Import from Amilia

Create a new list of type Amilia live Memberships. Pick the memberhip and filter members to import. Choices are:

• Active: Get members who’s membership is active
• Inactive: Get members who’s membership has expired
• Expired: Get members who’s membership is expiring in a given date range (i.e. May 2020)

By clicking on the (+) button, you can import from multiple memberships into a single list.

Send a membership renewal reminder email

Create a new template and use the Membership placeholders. Your template will be reusable across all memberships.

Testing placeholders against a list of members

Activity Messenger allows you to preview placeholder replacements against a list. Click on Test placeholders, choose a list and cycle through members.

Target members who haven't renewed

Say you would like to run an email campaign for 2019 members who haven’t renewed in 2020.

Create a new Amilia live Memberships list. Choose your Yearly membership and filter on members who have expired memberships in 2019. Then click on (-) and choose your Yearly membership again. This time pick Active members. The resulting list will only contain members who have not renewed in 2020.
