Free up staff from answering calls and emails about schedules. Make sure participants show up on time. Remind campers what to bring on that first day of camp.
The Automation Bot is fully configurable. You can also create many bots for different groups of activities.

The Automation Bot wakes up at 4:00 AM daily to schedule reminders according to those rules. It will create new lists and messages automatically.
Compose the perfect message. Using placeholders Activity Messenger will properly inject the participant name, day, time and location of the activity.
You can simulate what reminders will be scheduled on a given day. Just click on the Simulate button and pick a day.
If you prefer to do things yourself, you can schedule reminders manually using the 4-step Wizard. Don’t worry, Activity Messenger won’t let you schedule the same reminder twice.
