Great news, it is now possible to find Amilia participants from cancelled classes!
With COVID-19, many of you had to cancel entire programs. With return to play, you most likely plan to inform them about the fall program. Activity Messenger now allows you to find those people in order to contact them by email or text message.
When you import participants from a number of Amilia activities, you can toggle the Cancelled switch. Activity Messenger will only retrieve cancellations.
The recipients table will list participant information. Activity Messenger will label cancelled registrations so you can spot them.
Maybe a class wasn’t cancelled but a few people left the class. If you want to email everyone in that class, including cancellations, you can easily do so. Import Registered participants first, and then Cancelled ones.
