Today I’d like to announce 2 improvements to the Send message screen.
Templates are very useful for newsletters, generic text messages and emails you send to parents, participants and players. Sometimes though, you may want to adapt a particular template for a single message. You could duplicate the template but that is cumbersome. Well now you no longer need to. You can choose a template and modify it one-time-only.
In the Send message screen, choose a template and click on the View and edit button. The template will appear for you to edit it for this send out. The original template will not be modified.
You may want to send a personalized email to participants registered in Amilia. For example to send a reminder or a cancellation. Now you can without having to create a list.
Click on the option Amilia participants and then Choose participants.
From the popup, choose participants in Amilia from a particular program. Then select category, subcategory and activities.
