Are your participants required to complete a daily screening for COVID before showing up to class? Are there always one or two who forgot to complete it?

You’re not alone facing this problem. And we’ve got a new tool to help you overcome this challenge: QR Codes.

A QR code is a machine-readable code consisting of an array of black and white squares, typically used for storing URLs or other information for reading by the camera on a smartphone.

When you share a form, you can now print or share the QR code to access the form.

Forms and Waivers Now Have QR Codes

Activity Messenger now provides every form with a QR code. Print it and post it at the entrance of a class. Participants can point the camera of their smartphones towards it. The form will open for them to fill it there and then.

Email or Text the QR Code To a Coach

Even better, you can email or text the QR code to a coach or instructor. When a participant shows up who hasn’t completed their daily screening, the coach can show them the code. The participant can open and point their camera to scan it and instantly open and fill the form. Easy peasy!

Summer is coming. Do you have your COVID forms ready? Reach out if you have ideas to improve your screening process. We’re here to help!
