From the top-level Communications menu, click on All templates. You will land on the list of templates you have in your organization. You may expand a template to view messages that were sent.
Once expanded, a table of sent and scheduled messages appears. Click on a message to see send out details.
Activity Messenger tracks delivery, opens and clicks of every individual message. Any errors and skipped email/mobile phone number (because they were found on the bounced list) will also be reported here.
