You can now program Activity Messenger to send membership renewal reminders a number of days before the membership expires. This is a great way to reminder your customer to renew their membership.
This new automated task works both with Amilia memberships and uploaded lists from Excel.
Click on Lists and Create. Choose Amilia memberships. Select the memberships. You can even filter on expiration date. Activity Messenger will import members, their membership and expiration date.
Click on Lists and Create. Choose Upload an Excel/CSV file.
Two new columns can be imported:
Click on Automation and Create. Choose Membership renewal.
Choose a list you have imported and configure the message. You can even CC your staff to let them know.
Use the built-in simulator to determine who will receive a message on a given day.
The automated task has a default template with placeholders for the membership name and the expiration date. Feel free to modify the template or create your own.
