We know you often deal with children. Many of you have asked for more options to send to both parents and to combine, or not, families in the same email. Today I’m happy to anounce two additional features for list building and mass emailing.
There is a new toggle when you import a list. It allows you to combine family members into a single row. That way they will receive only one message. Use this option for marketing emails.
The default is to keep family members in separate rows. This is the expected behavior if you send class reminders or updates for example.
If your recipients are children, you can send the email/SMS to both parents. Activity Messenger will take the second parent (second legal guardian in Amilia) from the account.
As you know you can schedule messages to go out at a later date or time. You can even schedule a recurrence.
It is now possible to reschedule a message. Simply click on the edit button to change the date or time of the send out.
