Activity Messenger March 2024 Product Update

Today, we’re talking about 5 new product updates at Activity Messenger!

1. Apply age constraints on the first day of the class.
2. New bulk operations for classes
3. Restrict some pages on the Microsite to members.
4. Batch-send invoices from the Respondents tab.
5. You can now apply a promo/coupon code at checkout.

1- Apply age constraints on the "first day" of the class.

When applying the age restriction to a class, it is now possible to set the first day of the class as the required age for that class instead of selecting a specific date.

This means that only children who are within your age range on the first day of the session will be able to enroll in that class.

2- New bulk operations for classes

Activity Messenger now allows 3 new bulk operations for classes

Under Classes/Events you can now bulk assign:

• Location
• Class Description
• Events/Occurrences

3- Restrict some pages on the Microsite to members.

It is now possible to restrict some pages on the Microsite to members.

Whether it’s special tutorials, members-only updates, or premium resources, you can now ensure that these perks are reserved strictly for your community.

4- Batch send invoices

It is now possible to batch send invoices from the Respondents tab. Just click the message button (to all or just a few).

Useful to batch send even tickets as a reminder the day before an event.

5- Apply a promo/coupon code at checkout

It is now possible to apply a promo code or coupon on the Pay Now page. This ensures that the coupon takes into account all classes selected on the enrollment form and applies the correct amount just before the user completes the purchase.
