What happens when a member scans in for a class or booking?

The scan automatically checks the member’s status to ensure they’re in good standing. If they’re not, they get redirected to the front desk to settle their outstanding balance. If they are in good standing, they get checked into their class or session, the access tablet displays their assigned court or room number on-screen, and the gate opens to grant them entry. These settings are customizable for each entry point.

Can we use the access control system for staff time-tracking?

Yes, absolutely. Beyond managing member access, you can use your access control points for employee shift check-ins and check-outs.
