👤 Enhanced CRM: all client information at your fingertips

To manage your clients effectively, you need all key information in one place. Our CRM has been improved to give you a complete view of each client:

  • Linked invoices for accurate payment tracking;
  • Active membership cards and subscriptions to manage access more easily;
  • Gift cards for easier usage tracking;
  • Applied coupons for better control over promotions

📊 Monthly payment reports: more precision and control

Financial tracking is essential, and our monthly payment reports now include two new filters:

  • Interval: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly for more precise tracking;
  • Form Tag: filter payments based on specific forms by selecting the corresponding tag.

These improvements make financial monitoring easier and help you spot any irregularities quickly.

📩 Booking packages: communicate more easily with all participants

Managing booking packages that include multiple players is now simpler. Two new communication options are available:

  1. Send confirmation or cancellation messages directly to participants, without attaching the invoice;
  2. From an invoice, an administrator can send a message to players via a dedicated, customizable button.

Another practical update: you can enable recurring bookings, allowing clients to reserve multiple consecutive weeks in one go for more flexibility.

Additional Improvements

  • If a client tries to register for a class that requires membership and their membership is invalid, a detailed message will explain why;
  • You can now attach files to invoice notes, and search or filter invoices based on those notes;
  • Filtering invoices by tag is now available;
  • A new option prevents multiple promo codes from being combined at checkout;
  • When editing an invoice in Point of Sale, you can directly select the relevant client;
  • Clients can no longer register multiple times for the same class;
  • Automatic synchronization of class ledger codes onto invoice items if you change the ledger code on a class after it was sold;
  • Display member information when different from the account owner in the form respondents table and Excel exports;
  • When importing a form with scheduled payments, you can now define exact dates for those payments;
  • Clients can reschedule their bookings (if this option is enabled);
  • Associate memberships to classes by tags.

These updates, while varied, share a common goal: simplifying your work and improving how you communicate with participants.
