💰 New report: Payment method history

A brand-new report lets you track changes to your clients’ saved credit cards and bank accounts. You can see when a payment method is added or removed from a client account, which is especially helpful if you’re transitioning from another system.

This feature helps you identify clients who already have a saved payment method and ensure smooth payment processing while keeping your old system inactive.

📊 Updated class revenue report

The class revenue report has been improved to give a more accurate view of your income. You now see the actual revenue generated during the selected period, not just potential earnings. Click on a row to view a detailed breakdown for each participant, including links to individual invoices. This makes it easier to track your revenue and understand exactly how it’s calculated.

💼 New accountant access permission

If you work with an accountant or an external finance team, you can now grant them dedicated access to your Activity Messenger account. This allows them to view invoices, financial reports, accounts receivable, and credit balances, making collaboration simpler while keeping your data secure.

💡Good to know: This permission also grants access to the new Journal Entries Financial Report, which can be exported to accounting software. The system uses cash-based accounting by default, but ledger codes can be customized.

🕦 Bookings in a different time zone

If you have clients from different regions, this update is for you. Bookings made from a different time zone are now clearly indicated. A warning message appears above the booking calendar, and the time zone is displayed on the invoice, making it easier to avoid scheduling errors or confusion.

🪪 Share members and memberships with other organizations

For federations or franchises, it’s now possible to share a membership and its member list with other organizations. Activity Messenger automatically creates a read-only copy in the target organization and keeps it in sync. This makes collaboration easier than ever: share your coaches, streamline communications and access control, all while keeping your data securely stored.

🚀 Other improvements this month

Here’s a roundup of additional updates that make Activity Messenger even more powerful:

  • Allow late registrations for classes;
  • Admins receive notifications when a membership is canceled by the client;
  • Memberships are now available in both languages, enabling a single bilingual form;
  • Assign the number of staff needed for an activity and check the booking calendar for any staffing shortages;
  • Charge fixed fees to non-members or limit bookings to members only;
  • View tips recorded by the Stripe Terminal Reader when closing the cash register.
