If you work with an accountant or an external finance team, you can now grant them dedicated access to your Activity Messenger account. This allows them to view invoices, financial reports, accounts receivable, and credit balances, making collaboration simpler while keeping your data secure.
💡Good to know: This permission also grants access to the new Journal Entries Financial Report, which can be exported to accounting software. The system uses cash-based accounting by default, but ledger codes can be customized.
If you have clients from different regions, this update is for you. Bookings made from a different time zone are now clearly indicated. A warning message appears above the booking calendar, and the time zone is displayed on the invoice, making it easier to avoid scheduling errors or confusion.
For federations or franchises, it’s now possible to share a membership and its member list with other organizations. Activity Messenger automatically creates a read-only copy in the target organization and keeps it in sync.
