✉️ Message Samples

Whenever you create a new message, you now have access to a library of ready-to-use samples: class reminders, registration confirmations, payment follow-ups, and more. Use them as-is, customize them, or build your own reusable collection.

🎟️ Register Multiple Participants on One Form (Ticketed Events)

You can now register multiple participants at once, each with their own details, directly on a single form for your ticketed events. Choose which information to collect: name, email, date of birth, skill level, and more, to fit your needs.

• Simplify group bookings and large-scale events;
• Provide participants with a smoother experience: one submission for multiple registrations;
• Streamline ticket and payment management.

📅 Add Events to Calendar

For registration forms without payment, a new “Add to Calendar” button now appears on the confirmation page. This allows participants to instantly save events to their personal calendars and never miss a date.

• Help attendees stay organized.

🚀 Other Improvements This Month

Here’s a roundup of additional updates that make Activity Messenger even more powerful:

• Staff can now log their attendance directly from invoices for booking packages. The employee’s timesheet updates automatically;
• Sales reports now let you split taxes;
• Taxes can also be split in the Payments reports. Helpful for organizations using cash accounting;
• When contracts are signed in person, admins can mark them as signed without needing a digital copy;
• Admins can see more details about the connected Stripe account, with clear error messages if something goes wrong;
• In conditional branching, a new option lets you “Disable submit button on selection”;
• In the Resources tab of classes and events, you can now hide unavailable resources to prevent scheduling conflicts;
• You can now set an end date and time for classes beyond the 12-hour limit.
