It all starts when someone purchases a 3-, 6-, or 12-month subscription to your activities. Once the payment is confirmed, they automatically receive an email with their digital membership card, which includes:

• Their full name
• A photo
• The card’s validity period
• A unique barcode

The card can be saved to their Google or Apple Wallet, reducing the risk of losing it or forgetting it. And best of all, no app is required. Members can access their card quickly and easily. This digital card becomes the key to accessing your facility.

 

🚪 On arrival: automated access

Here’s what happens when someone shows up at your facility:

1. They scan their digital card using a barcode reader.
2. On your screen, with the Access Control tab open in Activity Messenger, their profile appears with key details: full name, photo, card validity, and the class they’re registered for.
3. An Activity Messenger control unit sends a signal to open or deny access through the door or turnstile.
4. A screen facing the member displays the time and location of their upcoming activity.
