You can now upload private documents directly through the new form question. Files are encrypted, stored securely, and only accessible to authorized admins via a time-limited link.

This feature is perfect for collecting sensitive information such as ID cards, driver’s licenses or any other confidential documents. Documents can also be uploaded directly to a client’s account, keeping everything centralized in one place.

🎨 Add a carousel to your microsite

Your microsite just got more dynamic with the new image carousel! You can now:

• Showcase your activities and events in a visually engaging way;
• Easily organize images and upload new ones;
• Connect your microsite to a screen at your club so your carousel rotates automatically

🚪 Access control: live view of all entry points

For organizations with multiple access points, the new Access Monitor lets you see entries in real time. If a client’s membership card fails to scan, admins can quickly access their account directly from this screen without searching manually.

📊 Email communications report

You can now track the key metrics of your email campaigns:

• Number of recipients;
• Open rates;
• Click rates;
• Delivery errors.

Analyze each template, or review all campaigns by filtering them by date or other criteria. These insights help you optimize your communications and better understand their impact.

🚀 Other improvements this month

Additional updates make Activity Messenger even more powerful:

• Batch anonymization of clients while keeping them subscribed if needed;
• Coupons and promo codes now apply to add-ons (e.g., non-resident fees) and can be restricted by postal code;
• Reddit pixels and Google Tag Manager: track visits and conversions from your organization’s settings;
• Donations: clients can download all receipts or just receipts for a specific year;
• Gift card view: filter for cards with balance > 0 and export lists;
• Multi-player bookings: mark each player present or absent; access control updates automatically;
• Booking packages: display selected bookings on the calendar, customize titles, add detailed descriptions, and include registration links.
