🪪 Upgrade How You Manage Memberships

Managing memberships can sometimes be complicated. These new options make it easier while giving your members more flexibility.

• Members can now choose their membership start date;
• You can automatically send a welcome message on the membership start date;
• In event ticketing forms, you can set a limit on how many tickets are eligible for the member price, making it easier to manage spots reserved for members.

These updates help simplify membership management while improving the experience for your participants.

⛓️ Securely Attach Sensitive Information to a Participant

Protecting sensitive participant data is important, especially for personal information like a health card or other confidential details.

When the “different participant” option is enabled in your forms, custom fields now include two new options to securely attach this information directly to the participant:

• Confidential: the data is encrypted and accessible only to account owners or administrators;
• Card: add a card number and expiration date field, linked directly to the participant.

🍪 Display a Cookie Banner in Your Forms

You can now show a cookie consent banner directly in your registration forms, in addition to your microsite. This allows you to:

• Collect consent from participants at the time of registration;
• Inform participants about data tracking and how their information is used;
• Make your registration process clearer and more transparent.

Adding a cookie banner helps build trust with participants and keeps your registration forms professional and user-friendly.

📊 New Class Revenue Report

A new Class Revenue report lets you track both participant numbers and revenue for your classes, making it easier to analyze performance and plan ahead. With this report, you can:

• Compare revenues for summer camps or classes between different years;
• Identify your most popular classes;
• Adjust pricing and scheduling based on the data.

This report gives you a better overview of your programs and helps you make data-driven decisions.

🚀 Other Improvements This Month

Several additional updates make Activity Messenger even more powerful:

• Disable tips on specific payment terminals and assign a custom ledger code in the POS;
• New communications tab in the POS to send automatic messages based on payment status;
• Customize what appears in the booking calendar (icons, locations, notes, participants, etc.);
• New Access Control permission for tablets and phones at entry points;
• Automatically create client accounts when importing a list;
• Send reminders to participants who haven’t completed their form;
• Notifications when product inventory is low;
• Set a maximum session duration to automatically log out users and keep systems secure, especially for shared front-desk computers
