Based on responses, you can prompt satisfied participants to leave a Google review, improving your online reputation in a targeted way.

Conditional email workflows

Automations can now trigger emails based on specific conditions. For example:

The first version of the CRM module is now available in Activity Messenger. The goal of this module is to centralize client information and reduce duplicate data entry across forms, registrations, and client profiles.

  • Automatic contact synchronization: The CRM automatically syncs members (participants, children) and related contacts (parents or additional contacts) from submitted forms;

  • Editable profiles: Both administrators and clients can update profile information directly from their accounts;
  • Synchronized data across forms: Information stays consistent across registrations and future form submissions.
