You often find yourself having to invoice your clients for things that fall outside of class registrations. For example facilty rental contracts, custom events, or birthday parties. Activity Messenger’s powerful invoicing engine has you covered. An administrator can invoice clients in one of two ways:

  1. Using a payment form
  2. Manually create an invoice

Best of all, your clients do not need to create an account. Simply send them the invoice by email or by SMS to pay.

1. Payment forms

Activity Messenger allows you to build custom payment forms to invoice your clientYou can even prefill the form and send it out to the cllient to complete and pay.

Activity Messenger’s form builder has tons of questions to reproduce the most complex contract:

  • Radio buttons, checkbox, drop-downs
  • Date selection
  • Electronic signature, acceptance checkbox
  • Invoice items

Best of all, forms are mobile responsive and built to work on smartphones.

2. Manually create an invoice

With Activity Messenger you can also create new invoices and add invoice items to it. You can

In all cases, you can set sales taxes and assign the appropriate ledger code.

Paying the invoice online

You can send the invoice by email or by SMS to the clientThe client can then pay online with a credit card. In Canada, clients can even pay with Interac E-Transfer.

Tracking invoices

You can easily track invoices at one place. The Invoices page has all the filters necessary to find outstanding invoicesYou can also download invoices to Excel for further processing.

We hope these features help you improve custom invoicing and tracking account receivables. At Activity Messenger we are working hard to become your back-office platform. See a potential for improvement? Reach out to use at info@activitymessenger.com. We’re eager to help.
