Form questions: Content and Date/Time blocks

Content
“Make your form beautiful by adding rich text, images and videos.” Not available in Waitlist or Client profile forms.
Text block
Rich text (headings, links, images, documents). Options: Label, text, Limit length (“When the text is very long, use scrollbars to reduce the length of the form.”), Include in confirmation PDF (default No), Hidden. Under Expense claims the same block is offered as Instructions.
Spacer
Blank space or a separator line. Options: Margin top (20), Margin bottom, Margin left/right, Line thickness (0), Line color.
Slideshow
A carousel of images: Images (choose from your media; “Images will have the exact same proportions as the first image selected.”), Slide duration in seconds (5).
Image
One image with Upload an image, Create in Canva (sizes from Super thin 1200x200 to Portrait 1200x1800), Crop/resize, Image alternate text, Photo credit / caption (200 characters maximum), Hidden.
Video
Not available in Checkout forms. Upload a video, or pick from Your videos after connecting YouTube or Vimeo channels. Thumbnail generated automatically.
Date/Time
“The Analytics tab will show answers in calendar views.” Not available in Waitlist forms.
Date/Time
Collects a date, a time, or both. Available in every form type.

The Hidden tab offers the same block preset as admin-only.
Date selection
A list of dates to pick from. “Provide a list of available date/times to pick from”. Options: Values (one date, tomorrow at the start of the hour, by default), Allow multiple, Date only (no time), Limit respondents per choice → Limit (“Leave empty for no limit.”), Schedule staff (“Reserve this staff. They will be notified by email. An event will be added to their calendar.”), Required, Hidden.
Date range
Start and end. Not available in Client profile. Options: Format, Locked, Allow multiple, Required, Hidden.
Date range selection
A list of date ranges to pick from: “Start and end dates are inclusive.” Options: Values (current week by default), Label each choice → Labels, Placeholder, Required, Hidden. “You cannot have two selections with the same value.”
Time selection
A list of times: “Provide a list of available times to pick from”. Options: Values (01:00 by default), Format (Time of day or Time accumulated; “Excel output for time of day will be "hh:mm:ss". For hours accumulated it will be the number of hours (1.5).”), Required, Hidden.
Time track
Start and end times for a shift. Not available in Checkout, Client profile or Client account forms. Options: Allow multiple, Default → Today / Start of the current hour, Shortcuts (9-5 by default), Round up tracked hours to a minimum of … hours per shift, Remove … minutes break from an … hour shift (60 minutes, 8 hours), Enable notes, Required, Hidden.
Check-in/Check-out
“Ask employees or volunteers to fill this form twice: at check-in and at check-out. We will report total hours present.” Not available in Checkout, Client profile or Client account forms. Options: Label for check-in, Label for check-out, Round up tracked hours to a minimum of … minutes per shift, Hidden.
Week availability
A weekly availability grid. Not available in Checkout, Client profile or Client account forms. Options: Allow multiple, Required.
Expiration date
A date computed from another date. Not available in Checkout, Client profile or Client account forms. Options: Operation (+ or -) with a span in years, months and days, Expiration label (“Expires on”), Locked, Default → Today, At what time does the day end?, Required, Hidden, Attendance.
