Remove Activity Messenger branding from form footers
To remove the Activity Messenger logo or branding at the bottom of your forms, your organization needs white-labeling. White-labeling is included in the Pro plan. Contact support@activitymessenger.com to inquire about enabling it for your organization.
How to request white-labeling
- Email support@activitymessenger.com.
- Include your organization's name and explain that you want to remove the Activity Messenger branding from your form footers. You can include a link to an example form.
- Support will help you with the Pro plan and enabling white-labeling for your organization.
Already on Pro? Contact support to inquire about activation if Activity Messenger branding is still visible.
What changes on your forms
When white-labeling is enabled, the Activity Messenger logo and link at the bottom of your forms are hidden. This is an organization-level setting, rather than an option to enable separately on each form.
Your organization's own footer content, such as its contact information and social links, is separate from the Activity Messenger branding. White-labeling does not remove that content.
Change your organization's contact details and social links
The name, address, phone number, website, email and social links shown at the bottom of a form come from your organization settings, not from the Activity Messenger branding. To change them:
- Open the settings menu beside your organization name and choose the organization settings.
- Update the contact details on the Information tab and your social links on the Social tab.
- In the Branding tab, next to Footer, select Edit to adjust the footer text shown on your forms and emails. Placeholders such as your organization name and address are filled in automatically.
- Save with Update.
Access depends on your permissions. See Organization identity and branding for more detail. The organization footer is required and cannot be removed from a form: it identifies you, and your name and addresses are required by law (see email and SMS laws). White-labeling does not change this. If something in the footer is wrong, correct it in your organization settings rather than trying to hide it.
Can I remove the branding in the form editor?
There is no per-form white-label switch to use in the form editor. Contact support@activitymessenger.com to inquire about the Pro plan and organization-wide activation.
