Configure microsite settings

Configure the organization-level settings that shape your microsite and client portal. These settings control shared behavior; the Website builder has its own page and section editing workflow.

Open the settings

Open the settings menu beside the organization name, choose Modify organization settings, then open Microsite. Save after reviewing your changes.

Choose whether the client portal shows a staff-portal link and a My Account link. Enter the terms and conditions in both languages if your organization uses them. A secondary navigation logo is separate from the main organization logo.

The search-bot setting requests that search engines avoid indexing the microsite. It is not an access restriction and does not make sensitive content private. Use the appropriate portal and page access controls for that purpose.

Store and checkout

  • Review the checkout cart lifetime before launching limited-capacity registrations or bookings. The settings screen accepts 5–30 minutes; inspect the checkout experience after a change.
  • Product-tag settings can limit the products shown to clients and administrators. Check each audience separately.
  • Customize the message displayed when a membership is required in English and French.
  • Review any test email override before launch. It is a routing setting for supported emails, not a substitute for verifying that all payment and notification settings are appropriate for live use.

Embedded experience

The IFRAME & API settings control the embedded presentation. Review the sidebar, breadcrumbs, logo and background options on the actual host website, including a narrow screen. The containing page must provide a suitable responsive layout.

See embed your microsite for the embedding task and Website builder setup for the separate website editor. API credentials belong in the dedicated integration workflow, not in public embed code.
