Customize tennis league match emails

Choose separate email templates for tennis league match reminders and attendance confirmations. Your wording can explain the league's attendance and billing rules while Activity Messenger adds the match details and confirmation action.

Choose the templates

1. Open Classes › All Classes & Events and edit the tennis league class.
2. Open its Tennis League tab and ensure tennis league is enabled.
3. In Match notifications, choose a Match reminder template for reminder emails and a Match confirmation template for emails asking players to confirm attendance.
4. Save the class. Use Edit beside a selected template to change its content.

Both fields are optional. If a field is empty, its email uses the standard message. Match details are added automatically to either template, and the attendance confirmation link is added when confirmation is required. The template does not need to contain that link. These choices apply to the league's future matches and unsent reminders.

The template selections affect email. SMS messages keep their standard text. A combined email covering matches from different league classes uses the standard message.

For example, a league that charges for missed matches can put its cancellation and billing policy in the Match confirmation template. Players will still receive the match information and confirmation link.

Do I need to add the match information and confirmation link to my template? No. Activity Messenger appends the match information and, when needed, the confirmation link automatically.
