Form questions: Expense claim blocks

Expense claims

Blocks for reimbursement forms. Not on Waitlist, Client profile or Client account forms; disabled on Payment and Checkout forms (“These blocks are not available on payment forms”). Instructions (Text block), Date/Time, Signature and Formula are the blocks described in the Form question reference.

Expenses with receipts

“Allow clients to upload receipts one at a time. Activity Messenger will try to read the receipt and prefill the source, total, taxes and tip.”

Expense

An Amount question with Default, Minimum, Maximum, Ledger code, Required, Hidden; included in the summary. “Sums by ledger codes will be reported in the Excel along with the "Sum of expenses" question.”

Expense items

Rows of items with quantity and price.

Revenue items

An Expense items preset labelled Revenue items with Item label Revenue, the price column labelled Amount and the quantity hidden.

Mileage

An Expense items preset: item Distance locked, price $/km locked at 0.55, Ask for details on with “Please list passengers”.

Meals

An Expense items preset with Breakfast 17, Lunch 18 and Dinner 40, names and prices locked.

Honorary

An Expense items preset with five free rows, Item label Service, price $/hour, decimals allowed.

Sum of expenses

“Will auto-sum all expense items and amounts in this form.” One per form. Option: Sum taxes.

Upload receipts

An image upload preset with Allow multiple on and the description “Upload your receipts as images or PDF files.”
