Review organization-wide advanced settings
Advanced settings change shared behavior across your organization. Review the options that support your workflow; you can leave unrelated settings for later.
Before changing a setting
Open your organization settings and select Advanced options. You need permission to edit the organization. Note the current value, understand the affected workflow, then save with Update. Review an affected form, calendar or invoice afterward.
Security and regional features
Review two-factor authentication and the sign-out interval with your account administrator. The SMS-only authentication control may be displayed but disabled; do not assume it can be changed from this page.
The RL-24 option enables the related tools for organizations using that workflow. It does not determine whether an expense is eligible. Continue with RL-24 configuration for the activity and form settings.
Class and attendance defaults
- Age display: the maximum-age-minus-one option changes the displayed upper age. For example, a configured maximum of five is displayed as four. Review how your age range reads to clients.
- Staff calendar visibility: the option to show all classes broadens calendar visibility. It does not grant every editing permission.
- Attendance columns: choose the default on-screen columns and, separately, the default export columns.
- Tracking statuses: review the available attendance states and their labels. Use attendance for the daily workflow.
Client restrictions and account links
Select the appropriate lists for bad payers and banned clients. Read those guides before enabling a restriction: the affected clients and exceptions matter as much as the selected list.
If you use a custom client account URL, check the destination before saving and follow a My Account link afterward. The wallet setting controls direct membership-card downloads from invoices; clients can still use the account workflow where available.
Invoice presentation and staff notifications
Review the organization name used on invoices and whether the promo-code field is visible by default. These presentation choices are separate from editing an already issued invoice.
Select the users who need notifications of staff schedule changes. Keep the recipient list aligned with the people responsible for staffing.
Default person fields
Choose the person fields used as defaults when building forms, and add custom fields when needed. Review the questions in an existing form separately; a global default is not a substitute for checking what that form collects.
After saving, return to the specific workflow affected by the change. For message channels and replies, use Messaging; for payment connections, taxes and ledger codes, use financial setup.
